We currently have two pitches available that may be suitable for a transfer. Please note that the holiday home must be green to comply with planning regulations, and the width cannot exceed 13 feet due to pitch and gate restrictions.
We allow owners to keep their caravans beyond 15 years provided they remain in good condition - We don't allow private on site sales of holiday homes older than 15 years. The costs for the transfer and siting are charged at cost, and there is a pitch reservation and organization fee of £1,500 plus VAT.
